IMPORTANT NOTE: All pictures that you see on this site are used by scammers to deceive their victims, but most of the time, the people portrayed in these pictures are not pictures of the scammers themselves. You are NOT looking at the actual faces of people who are scamming you. In many cases, particularly when the scammer is from Nigeria, the person writing you emails will be male and they will steal pictures from real dating sites, or use pictures of models which can be found on the internet. The real people in the pictures generally have nothing to do with scammers, their pictures are used by scammers without their knowledge and permission. We do have occasionally manage to get pictures of the actual scammers and we will always state clearly when posting any image that is of a real scammer. How do we get real scammer photos? We turn the tables on the scammers - we do to them exactly what they do to their scam victims. We find pictures of models, and we write to them pretending to be those models. We tell them we have lots of money, and we're looking for love, and they often drop their scammer persona and send their real photo, hoping that they will be able to talk this gorgeous model into marrying them - and thus securing a meal ticket for many years to come, as well as a gorgeous wife. It's called Scambaiting - but please note, this must ALWAYS be done safely because you can be traced on the internet and these people are criminals, you do not want them turning up on your doorstep. If you would like to know how to scambait safely, please visit www.scambaits.com and sign up as a member there. They have a mentor program and you can be taught to scambait safely.

Important Note - None of the legitimate companies mentioned on this page are involved in these scams. The scammers are borrowing their identity and in some cases their websites to make their scams look more legitimate so people fall for them. Scammers will also make up company names so some of the business names appearing here simply do not exist at all. If a business website is linked to from this page the scammers ARE using that to scam people - businesses beware! It would be in your best interests to place a warning advising that scammers are using your name on the page mentioned in the scammers email.
